POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales & Marketing Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is money-motivated, comfortable handling high daily volume, and experienced with online marketing and digital sales platforms. This position offers salary plus commission, with realistic six-figure income potential for driven candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to and manage 50-100 new inbound leads daily via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
- Convert digital leads into qualified prospects and closed salesActively engage customers through online channels including Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Manage multiple conversations and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve digital campaign performance.
- Represent Synergy Structures with professionalism, enthusiasm, and urgency.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience with online sales, digital marketing, or lead-based sales environments.
- Working knowledge of Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and online marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and closing skills.
- Self-starter who performs well without micromanagement.
- Comfortable working remotely or in-office.
