POSITION PURPOSE
Cipriani is seeking a data-driven and forward-thinking Marketing Analyst to actively participate in the implementation and optimization of a new CRM and data capture strategy across our portfolio of restaurants, hotels, and private members’ clubs.
This role is ideal for an analytically minded individual who also brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Through the implementation process, this person will gain foundational knowledge of the company’s marketing related data sources, CRM architecture, integration and core capabilities from the ground up. Serving as a member of the core team, this individual will serve as a bridge between the marketing department, project manager, CRM implementation partner and internal subject matter experts (SMEs).
The position requires both analytic thinking and hands-on execution, including on site collaboration with operational teams to ensure successful adoption, training, and long-term utilization of CRM tools and data practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of a new CRM system across Cipriani’s various business lines
- Partner with corporate team and property level managers to establish best practices for data capture and usage
- Travel to restaurant and venue locations within Manhattan to assist with CRM rollout, team training, and adoption
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and integrity across platforms, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Create polished, brand aligned reporting materials (e.g., executive summaries, performance decks, dashboards) that highlight key metrics, trends, and recommendations
- Participate with marketing teams to translate insights into targeted campaigns, segmentation strategies, and personalized outreach
- Track marketing expenses and budgets
- Build and maintain sales analysis reports
- Support broader marketing and cross-functional projects as needed
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to build, run and maintain standard reports and dashboards
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, customer data and campaign performance metrics
- Foundational knowledge of CRM systems and how customer, sales and marketing data are organized and used
- Positive, proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented and adaptable approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft BI, and the ability to work effectively across multiple business applications including CRM, reservation systems, POS systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM management, or data focused roles
- Experience within hospitality, restaurants, or multi-unit consumer facing businesses strongly preferred
- Experience supporting CRM implementation or system rollouts is highly desirable
