What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing and promotional events.
- Work alongside the Events Manager to manage logistics, timelines, and execution.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and attendees, answering questions and solving issues on-site.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design event promotion strategies and materials.
- Assist in preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients and sponsors.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving campaign goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible, team-first mindset with a positive attitude.
- Previous event planning or coordination experience (1 year preferred, but not required).
- Must be able to work on-site in the Atlanta area.
