Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager (Marketing)
Reports To: Heads of Marketing (Betty Booze & Pantalones Organic Tequila)

Betty Booze/Betty Buzz Responsibilities (75%)
Brand Management
- Support strategic planning and brand development projects, including new product launches and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and commercial analysis to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape – and to ultimately support business decisions
- Contribute to presentations, submissions, media and sales sheets to support sales team
- Lead development of monthly marketing recaps
- Support with sample/POS/product shipments - and support POS tracking
- Work as needed with Sr. Trade Marketing Manager and broader team on POS timely ordering and fulfillment
- Manage intern in efforts surrounding event support, event recaps, sample/POS shipments, research initiatives and more
Events
- Create and maintain an annual calendar of events
- Manage all experiential programming, from planning to execution to recap, with a special focus on: Pop-Ups, Partnerships and all brand events and sales-driven local events
- Manage planning and execution for partnership collaborations
- Support planning and execution for in-store sampling, trade shows, distributor events
- Support product seeding, inclusive of donations to events and Club Retail Ambassadors
- Own event budget and track spend throughout the year
E-Commerce
- Identify opportunities for website updates (brand-owned, retailer, Amazon), brief partners and manage execution accordingly
- Respond to customer email inquiries, seeking feedback, and resolving issues – timely customer service inbox management
Support execution of best-in-class e-commerce presence online – from reviews to placement, etc.
Innovation
- Support portfolio packaging refresh project, from start to finish
- Support packaging development, from briefing designers, to consolidating feedback, to final execution across all new innovations
- Support on liquid development as needed
Pantalones Responsibilities (25%)
Events
- Create and maintain an annual calendar of events
- Support Pantalones all experiential programming and execution inclusive of brand partnership events and sales-driven local events
- Support planning and execution for Founder events
- Support planning and execution trade shows, distributor events
- Support product seeding, inclusive of donations to events and influencers
Brand Support
