JOB PURPOSE
The PR Coordinator will liaise with U.S. and International Press, in conjunction with the senior PR manager, to coordinate and oversee all sample requests and transactions, ensuring top representation of the Prada brand and specific product categories across national and regional digital and print media.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Support all domestic and international editorial sample requests and transactions for Prada Donna RTW, Shoes, and Accessories collections.
- Liaise with Milan and all Prada International press offices to support and promote the brand vision and global product focuses and initiatives.
- Create a weekly report for Milan, inclusive of weekly requests by magazines and a weekly coverage report. Additional reporting and recaps are required for special projects and shows.
- Create press clipping books for collection review by season.
- Create specific press clipping books as needed per subject.
- Complete, on an ongoing basis, monthly and seasonal competitive editorial credit reports and loans vs. actual credit reports.
- Management of publicity samples.
- Work in conjunction with the stockroom to optimize sample send-outs.
- Support in executing branded content activations.
- Generate and analyze DMR reports.
- Format and distribute press coverage of all fashion show reviews and relevant news articles to the Milan press office.
- Maintain, organize, and archive slides, store photos, lookbooks, press kits, and show and event materials.
- Support with corporate and fashion editorial coverage.
- Support in implementing PR initiatives.
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships with editors, stylists, and tastemakers relevant to the brand.
- Collaborate with U.S. teams, Merchandising specifically, in order to support global and local product focuses and in-store initiatives, and promote these across regional short and long-lead press.
- Support the organization of seasonal runway shows as well as image and retail events.
- Manage and organize together with the U.S. PR team dedicated local press days for the PF and RE collections.
- Support with seasonal product walkthroughs with editors, identify editorial trends, and competitive market information.
- Provide support to licensee and joint venture partners.
- Assist in managing PR budget and invoices.
- Support the Church’s brand, which is under the Prada Group umbrella, in North America, including editorial sample requests.
- Manage and delegate tasks to department interns.
- While corporate office attendance is based on company needs, the role requires three days per week in the Prada corporate office.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree preferred in design/fashion marketing or related field

This position offers an annualized salary of $65,000 to $75,000, and, if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
