About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and creative Marketing Manager to help drive execution across Impartner’s marketing programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech environment and loves wearing multiple hats from coordinating email campaigns and managing customer communications to supporting events and amplifying our presence across key review platforms and communities.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and our marketing systems and communications stay aligned.
What you'll do
Campaign & Email Marketing
- Exposure to oversight of email marketing campaigns across the customer and prospect lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, build, and deploy campaigns through Marketo.
- Manage campaign calendars, lists, QA, and performance reporting.
Community & Reputation Management
- Own Impartner’s presence on G2, including coordinating CSM outreach and incentives, managing email communications, and ensuring our profile and content stay updated.
- Track and share G2 performance data, badges, and reviews with internal teams.
- Expand our online reputation management efforts.
Customer Marketing
- Manage ongoing customer communications including weekly customer round-up emails, newsletters, and updates to the Customer Success Portal.
- Support storytelling and amplification of customer success initiatives in collaboration with Customer Marketing and CSM teams.
Event Support & Promotion
- Partner with marketing and sales to execute event promotion strategies for webinars, regional events, and ImpartnerCon activations.
- Support logistics, lead list management, and post-event follow-up coordination.
Cross-Functional Marketing Operations Support
- Liaison between Marketing Ops, Salesforce, and Campaign teams to ensure data integrity, smooth handoffs, and process alignment.
- Support lead routing, campaign tracking, and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with Marketo (required) and Salesforce (preferred).
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, campaign management, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Clear communicator who can coordinate across multiple teams and functions.
- Familiarity with review and community platforms like G2, Gartner, or Trustpilot.
- Understanding of campaigns and paid media role in demand generation.
- Bonus: Experience with partner marketing, channel marketing, or indirect sales models.
