About the Role
Pride Global is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support social content across multiple brands within our parent company. This role will focus heavily on managing a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent voice, quality, and execution across all accounts. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is hands-on, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing daily content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Create and edit social content (graphics, short videos, captions) aligned with brand guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms and brands.
- Track social performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and platform updates to inform content strategy.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
- Partner with marketing and other internal teams on content needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (internships count).
- Experience using design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), or similar platforms.
- A creative mindset with a passion for current social trends and platform best practices.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and stay organized.

- $65,000-$75,000
