Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Boston for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee developing and executing social media marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and crafting engaging and relevant social media campaigns. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and impactful content
- Experience developing and implementing effective Content Strategy
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in using social media management tools and platforms
- Ability to keep up with trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Experience in branding and audience engagement is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
